Trade-offs Scenario

As part of the foundations of technology curriculum, students read about criteria, constraints, and trade-offs that are often made as part of an engineering project. This activity makes the three concepts more relatable by showing how we make trade-offs based on our own personal criteria in every day situations like shopping.

The Core Systems

This interactive diagram allowed students to explore how Core Technologies operate in a real world situation: a NASA rocket.

Troubleshooting

This simulation provided students an easy-to-understand and hands-on way to learn about troubleshooting technical problems.
